Every DYLN Bottle is backed by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects that interfere with, limit or prohibit the proper use of your DYLN Bottle.
Our warranty is limited to manufacturer defects and does not cover dents, cosmetic damage or issues caused by incorrect use of your DYLN Bottle.
If you are experiencing an issue, please submit a warranty claim. Please note that all warranty claims must be submitted no later than two weeks after your order delivery date. Any claim submissions after that may not be reviewed.
How to submit a warranty claim
1. Take some clear pictures or a video of the defect and send to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the order number or the email address used when the order was placed.
2. Allow 1-3 days for our team to review. We may have some follow up questions via email.
3. If approved, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label. You can use that label to return the defective bottle to us.*
4. Once we receive and inspect the defective bottle, we will send out a twice-inspected replacement. If we determine there is no manufacturer defect, we will be happy to return the bottle to you. We just ask for you to pay for the shipping.
*For international customers, the return of the defective bottle will be handled on a case by case basis.
NOTE: We are not able to process claims that do not include pictures or a video. All returns are inspected and tested upon receipt.
